I bought an expensive Gatco curved chrome rod from Bed Bath & Beyond thinking I am buying quality. WRONG. I opened the box to find that one bracket was cross threaded & couldn't be disassembled. I noticed that the protective padding to the box was only on one side. So I was told to ship it back to manufacturer which I did because they need to inspect it before I get a replacement.
