Forced to stay on the premises while a friend was having a procedure. That’s bad enough but the restroom for suite 400 was dirty, out of paper towels and almost out of toilet paper. Disgusting.
I was on the phone for 30min straight. 16min into my call it said I was caller 1, it sounded like someone was picking up then It threw me back in the queue as #9. I continued to wait because unlike other offices who give the option for a callback, this office will have you leave a message and call you back in 24hours. So if you're running late or need to speak to someone at the desk you won't get that option. I just want an appointment. I did the online request for an appointment. It took a week and a half for someone to get back to me not to mention he said he'd call the next day but did not. This is so disappointing considering the severity of my esophagus issues.
