These people take forever to do everything. When i moved in, they said 2 days for utilities to be cut on and it took them 5 days. They force you to pay an outrageous $300 utility deposit which is essentially three months of utility bills. Duke energy was like $100. Now that I’m moving out, it takes two days for them to process a disconnect service application? Like an application to disconnect my services? Just disconnect it from my name? At ozark and 279 there was a wreck yesterday and the debris was all in the road this morning driving in to work. Can’t get ahold of a machine or anything to report this crap. Hoping my tires are okay
The yard waste crew took my personal lead yard waste bins by mistake instead of dumping them and leaving them at the curb. I complained and this wonderful gentleman Wayne from the city came out and made it right! It was more than I could have asked for! Thank you for doing the right thing!
