Recently took the beginner wheel throwing class and I can’t say enough good things! You really get to learn from the very start and get a much help as you might need. Our instructor, Mara, was great, super helpful, and encouraged us to appreciate the imperfections of our pieces. Can’t wait to be back to paint our pottery!

Decided at the last minute to celebrate my birthday at Gasper at their Saturday evening sip and spin event. We had a group of 7 (total 9) and we had a blast. Melvin was a great teacher. He was so patient with us and gave us some great tips and pointers. Most of us were new to the wheel and we needed a lot of support. He was so knowledgeable and approachable. Found the beginning pottery wheel class on Groupon and scheduled my visit, with my gf, for a Tuesday night. Mara was our teacher, with 4 other beginners there, she was super helpful, very patient, and great energy to be around. 10/10 recommend for learning something new and doing something out of the ordinary. The lady Jo on the phone was very pleasant too.
I took a beginner throwing course with my friend today and it has been one of the most enjoyable, kinda thrilling, activity we have done in a while. Silvana was our instructor tonight and honestly she was amazing. She took the time to explain everything step by step, checked in with us to ensure we were following along.
