It is a shame zero stars are not an option. Avoid this law firm at all costs. Sure we can win, then oh settle take out take whatever they offer. Take it take it take it. It took me being the client to push back to actually get anything that we got was due to me pushing and going against the advice of the attorney.. keep looking and read the reviews.
Mr. Gaskill demonstrated his expertise easily and I benefited greatly. I spent a considerable amount of time with Mr. Gaskill and would recommend this firm any time. Thank you
Seemed really into the civil action I wanted to take against a company that ripped me off. Once he reviewed he backed down and was slow to respond. Didn't think I would gain any traction anyway but paid him to write an email which he then missed the reply of until after the date we gave them had expired. His response was "I don't think this changes things anyway". Didn't check his "spam" folder..... well that was a waste of money.
