Love the level of customer service when you immediately get an attitude on the phone. Can’t return my call and then tell me I have to register separately with the county to receive my personal property tax. I’ve lived in quite a few counties and have never had to do so. When I say okay the person gets an attitude. Can’t return a call. Horribly customer service. Glad I no longer live in this county.
They deleted my record from their system. I called them in December to ask why I haven't received personal property tax invoice they told me that they thought I had moved and slapped a late assessment charge even though someone from their office deleted my record. Pathetic
