Don’t ever prepaid anything here! I prepaid $50 for gas and only pumped $15 at the end, they still charged $50 on my card. I called and the store manager was very nice and was willing to offer me cash for the difference but I was there for a trip only and don’t live around there. She helped me ask her supervisor about this case but their corporate response was transaction past 72 hours could only be resolved in person through cash/ physical card. Customer service beyond extraordinary!
You have a couple men employees that work there Chris and ??. Good sense of humor.And always happy. (hum)They seem to enjoy their jobs. There were Even willing to wait for a duck delievery. That's good customer service. Please let them know the make a difference...thanks
