These guys were awesome. I have literally been all over the valley to find parts for my gas BBQ that hooks up to my gas line to my house. NO ONE could help me until I went to Gas Products. They were fast to help, had great advice, and had the parts I needed in stock. They also gave me exact instructs on installation. I would highly recommend Gas Products-Boise!
I got this company as a referral from another company because I wanted a real wood burning fireplace. I had to call a few times, got emails and picked a FP from a picture on the website. Not great service so at this point. Took a leap of faith and sent half the money to have the FP ordered. I love the FP, the guys that came and installed were great. Needed someone to install replacement blower for a gas fireplace... Called today. They sent Orville right over. He did a fantastic job!! Outstanding service.
Wasted two months of my time for simple install of 15’ of flex line for a fireplace. Scheduled a month out. Day comes and technician is sick. I call (I’m not the one called) for an update on my appointment because the next day is the fireplace installation… which then has to be cancelled. A week later I call for an update on my appointment. Am told I’m at the back of the line - three weeks out.
