Chris, the car wash manager is great, but DO NOT get a car wash here!! Twice now in less then two years my rear wiper blade has broken going though and they will not do anything about it! Go in with it working perfectly fine, hear a loud knock, and look back and it’s hanging! They have the video footage and take no responsibility. One of the younger employees said it is a known problem at their location but they will lose too much money if they shut it down to fix it as it is a very high volume wash. Brand new Lexus… first car wash and my front is scratched everywhere!!!! So pissed! Don’t go!
Horrible car wash and staff inside! I washed my car that damaged it and the car did not even get cleaned properly! I called to complain and was told I could get another wash free of charge. That was a lie! The guy who is always there is beyond rude to me! That place should be shut down!
This is actually a NO star review. Went thru the car wash on 6/15/25 at the Gas N Wash on LaGrange in Mokena. I pulled in a spot to dry and vacuum when I saw my rear wiper totally mangled and hanging down. I then discovered 2 small scratches on the paint from the mangled wiper. My husband went to get someone and a man came out along with a young man to fill out an incident report. Not the best and I usually love GasNWash but this one was a little dirtier than I expected. Back when hog wild was open and then when dukes first opened I loved it but moved away and decided to stop in again, won’t be back to this store.
