I have been with this bank since I was 16 they are the best
Highly recommended! We got a HOLOC and auto loan from them I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Brian was out loan officer for the HELOC. The transaction was very smooth. They also have great rates for Auto loans. They are always very helpful when calling them.
Beware! I have been banking here since I was a child and I’m now in my 40s. GECU has went downhill. Policies are inconsistent. The new mobile app crashes often. I am repeatedly getting new cards in the mail due to security breaches. I had a fraudulent transaction for $100 at a gas station out of state show up on my account. I filed all appropriate paperwork, received another new debit card with new numbers but was not reimbursed the $100 charge I did not make.
