Gas sent me an obviously old and faded bus cable set and only made a new string. They had the gall to call it string bleed, even though you can tell by the tie ins at the end loops that it isn’t bleed, it’s OLD. String bleed not only doesn’t happen that fast, it also doesn’t happen to the serving tie ins at the end loop point. Check out the pictures. Is this Gas quality? I ordered neon orange and black strings from Gas. They showed up in the package turd brown. I called and they did answer the phone claiming that this is string bleed but they would make it right. This should not have happened this soon etc. The next day I get an email from Nathan in tech support recanting everything said to me the day before and that they wouldn’t be helping out. Impossible to get ahold of. I ordered a string set and paid for $7 d loop material. The order arrived without the d loop material. Emailed them Jan 14th with no response. Have tried calling multiple times over the past 2 weeks, and left a message... nothing. The serving at the end loops on the string/ cable is poor at best too, lots of visible gaps. Truly impressed by their craftsmanship/quality. If you speak to anyone in the Archery community, everyone’s heard of GAS Bowstrings. I’ve been using them now for several years and they’ve all been wonderful. There is some degree of stretching that takes place but it’s within moderation. There’s also other manufacturers that exist besides GAS Bowstrings but the common census is everyone seems to stick with this one manufacturer. This is all part of why they have such a spectacular Google Rating which is not easy to achieve.

My high octane Gas string broke two weeks prior to Christmas and now it’s officially January 30th and there’s zero evidence of the string being shipped anytime soon to my local Archery Pro Shop so they can get it installed. It’s nice to know that you actually care about Customer Service and not making your customers wait too long for the products they paid for LOL. With this level of Customer Service it makes me wonder how you guys actually stay in business. By all means continue taking your sweet time.
