Was staying at the Pendry and came across GARYS when shopping at the mall next door. All I can say is what a store! Was fortunate enough to be assisted by the dapper and charming Nabil, who found me the perfect Canali blazer among other items. Having just been on Rodeo Drive, I can honestly say that the experience here was vastly superior to any of those stores. Discovered this awesome store while in Newport Beach a couple weeks ago. The quality of the clothing is outstanding—not sure who else has better selections—and the service was terrific. I worked with Al Shirian, who is a class act. Everything was perfectly altered and shipped to me in a timely manner. There are no bargains here. Just fantastic, distinctive merchandise, with great service and follow up. Exactly what I want and needed. Thank you!
Incredible experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Michael and was treated with care and respect. Did a great job of showing me all the options of the store without being pushy. Made a lot of recommendations and I ended up buying a jacket and another top. When I’m back in California, I will definitely stop back and visit Michael again. Thanks.

I see a lot of similar negative reviews. I want to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your Newport Beach store last Sunday. I was there with one of my sales directors visiting from our London office, and we were looking at blazers. While we had seen some options at Nordstrom, I suggested we also visit Garys.
