Another great service experience here. Chuck is the BEST!!!! Had a flat tire and they sent the Yeomans flatbed to my location and they brought it to the dealership. I waited for them to see if it could be repaired, and it was able to be fixed. This is why I buy all my cars from them and have all the service completed there. If it is an oil change or service repair, I know that it will be taken care of right the first time.

Buying a car here was a pleasure. There was no high pressure tactics. Kassandra, my Lincoln Ambassador, was very informed, and a pleasure. They also have great coffee, cookies and popcorn. A spur of the moment stop to find out our options regarding buying out our lease led to an afternoon spent in the charming company of Alicia O'Kane. She was so patient and friendly and helpful. I have never had buyers remorse but after buying my used vehicle, I want my trade in back. I have had nothing but issues with the used car that I have purchased. When we first drove away, the gas gauge was not regisitering correctly. That issue was corrected. However, since then, the running boared on the passenger side is not responding as it should.
