I recently refinanced my house to get funds to do home upgrades. I was clueless in this process and very anxious. Gary was with me every step of the way, answering all my crazy questions and helped secure the exact amount of funds I needed!! He is very efficient and knowledgeable in his role. Gary Wilde was very informative and service was fast. Offered great solutions and the best Interest Rate. I highly recommend
Gary was extremely helpful guiding me through the mortgage process. The lender required lots of information and documents. Gary assisted me in gathering all the required data. He was very quick to respond, which was helpful with my tight deadline. Highly recommend his services. Gary was also my realtor, and did a great job.
I highly recommend Gary Wilde as a mortgage broker and a real estate agent. I have used him for both personal and commercial mortgages. He worked hard to get me the best possible rate, is an excellent communicator and transparent about the process and fees. He sold my office within 9 days of listing - in a buyer's market and I still turned a profit. Thanks, Gary!
Right from the start, Gary was highly efficient and friendly. He made my wife and I feel content and calm throughout our two month journey with many hicups and snags along the way. Gary is a true professional and we highly recommend him to anybody concidering a reverse mortgage. Thank you again, Gary for all your help. Regards, Jack and Sheryl Hicks
