Always friendly. Always professional. Always helpful. Always accurate in filling eye prescriptions and getting a proper fit. Great selection of frames. Happily take care of "eyewear emergencies", repairs, nosepiece issues and adjustments.
Garbage. The receptionist was not knowledgeable enough to give me a straight answer whether my Insurance would or would not cover costs after wasting my time coming down and filling out forms. After I mentioned Benson Eye Care and how they had no issues with my Insurance and asked why I was referred to Voight's Practice instead. The receptionist rudely said I can go now and promptly shredded my forms. Unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
