Absolutely horrible at his job. I’ve lived along with others the past 15 years helping my grandmother get back on her feet. He scammed her out of her land. I was just a child when it happened . Was raised on that land by her with 14 other children she was raising. Everyone in the area talks about it still to this day how horrible he did her.
