I bought a Subaru from Gary that he had rebuilt the motor on and provided a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty at his shop OR ANY reputable shop (since I lived out of town). Within the first day of having the car the radiator needed to be replaced, which came out of my pocket. Within 10 days of having the car it ended up being towed back to his shop due to a failed crank shaft, which took him a month to fix.
