I called on a Friday afternoon and Mr. Zeigler answered. He was so kind and personable. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. He made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this business and will continue to use them.
Won’t return calls
May 2019 I contracted this firm to handle an offer in compromise that was filed with the irs back in 2015 that I had yet to hear a response on. After waiting over a year and a half, I requested my documents returned to me for lack of communication and progress on my case as the interest continued to add up for back taxes. I do not recommend this firm for any timely work that you need done.
Excellent CPA and staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, cordial, and professional. Highly recommended!
