he doesn't look at all the records!!! he doesn't even look at all the records he relies on a phone interview & some of the records!! i like to meet in person to explain my whole situation but mot with him i guess lol I'm on the hunt for another lawyer that will fight for me !!!!

Do not use!! Penar has been my attorney for over a year now and I have yet to speak to the man. He refuses to see me until 48 hours prior to court. I understand the freshness of information but come on. I wish I had done more research on him. I would have chose someone else. He seems to only care about the money he gets with as little work as possible.
DO NOT USE! He waited until the NIGHT before my administrative hearing to tell me the evidence for my case was weak. And that weakness cost me my case. He had well over 1.5yrs to tell me what evidence I was lacking, which evidence was weak, and to tell me what would be needed to better prove my case.
