When I first started going to Gary Pecher, CPA he was great. Once block advisers took over it was one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had. They charged me for doing my books for 2024.Most of the bookkeeping was not done. What was done was not correct. It took another account weeks to get my books straight. I’ve been using this office since 2020, unfortunately over the last year and a half it’s really gone down hill. It has been taken over H&R Block and Gary is no longer there. They have horrible communication, have consistently lost my paperwork and have been unorganized, and we found out our taxes were filed incorrectly for the last 5 years resulting in a loss of over $2000 in refunds. Wow, STAY AWAY, has been a client for 10 years, with no warnings or heads up from Gary or Nathan, disaster. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
For the first two years we were very happy with Gary Pecher's firm. They provided a solid service and advised how to best approach tax deductions for my families particular situation. Then abruptly with very poor communication they shifted over to h&r block and completely fell apart. They are disorganized and unprofessional but charge the same amount for completely worthless service.
