GP CPA is a great tax, accounting, and consulting firm. They are proactive and think outside the box which is better than most accounting firms I have dealt with that just stick you in a cookie cutter solution. I feel comfortable sending my clients to them as well as using them personally. Highly recommend.

This review is way overdue, I had trouble finding the Google reviews for this firm. I contacted Justin Prusiensky via Justia after speaking with at least 3 other CPA firms that claimed to specialize with an IRS issue that I now unfortunately know a lot about. Whereas the other firms could not or rather, withheld giving pointed advice, J. Prusiensky knew his stuff and offered the best strategy that I could get behind and in an objective and realistic fashion, that echoed what the IRS agents have also related. I cannot tell you how truly disappointed I am in this firm. They made a mistake and, when they were questioned about it and it came time to own it, instead of doing the right thing they hid behind their engagement letter asserting that what they should have done was outside the scope of his engagement. I believe that they cost me $600-$1,000+, and instead of owning it, they ran from it and lost not only my continuing business, but new business from referrals I could have given.
