Gary was an amazing artist and the process from start to finish creating this magnificent masterpiece was fascinating to watch. From his attention to the most finite detail and the subtle, creative touches he included in every scene, to the methodical way he moved across this huge wall with all the vivid colors in his paint brush, blurred the lines between the world of make believe and reality in this Trompe L'oeil style mural.

With his amazing talent, Gary brought a treasured but lost photograph back to life. Gary gave my family the gift of a beautiful portrait of my daughter’s grandfather—of my husband‘s father. My husband‘s father passed before we met. He was gone before we got married, and he was gone before we had our daughter— the only grandchild in their small family.
