I was referred by another attorney to consult with this law office. The receptionist was the most unprofessional woman I have spoken with of 10+ law offices I have been in contact with. I went to Mr James for assistance with DPS. He met with me for an hour. He offered to reach out to his contacts within DPS to try to right things as quickly as possible. He advised he was very professionally connected with several of my higher ups and coworkers. James never got back with me. I called four times after meeting with him. After the meeting things at DPS got worse. I ended up winning in Merit pro se against DPS's council.
