Nobody might care this comment, but I have to say the experience with this consult. That Chinese speaker is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm called it ask for English consult, when the desk women hear I can speak Chinese language then they connect me with a extremely rude Chinese women. She's aggressively asking what she wants, regarding what you saying. And no any polite words come out of her mouth.
