Not a great BK attorney! We told him at the first meeting about a certain debt that should be included into my partner's Chapter 7 petition! Gary did not think it should have to go into the petition! He would not put it in! Three years after the BK, a judgment was filed against my partner! Called Gary and he told that there was nothing he could do! So we are going to sue him and bring a complaint against him with The Bar Association and US Bankruptcy Court!
