Scott Chaplan is a crook. I wish I had done my homework. He's a managing partner at this firm under a new name to deceive & pretend he has no interest. He will take your $ / stop taking your calls. IMO he's a criminal masquerading as an attorney. Hes getting reported to the CA State bar & others are looking into a class action suit.
