Run! Completely incompetent and unable to communicate. Tried to keep filing fees for documents he never filed. Go to Ginny Browne for mediation.
My ex and I consulted with him in Oct 2021 for mediation. I would not recommend him and I felt like he didn't mediate equally. He went along with my ex and didn't dispute anything. Hr didnt have a clear parenting plan, child support agreement or dive into my ex's financial disclosures to see what was equal. I decided to have separate representation and I received a more equitable agreement. It seemed to go fast and that was very uneasy for me and seemed to favor my ex. I wouldn't recommend him and I'm glad I got a lawyer.
Don't go here. I put down a retainer, never got a recipe, and have not heard from him at all. I will be contacting the BBB.
Run from this old turtle. I am warning you - I can only speak from my experience and I am now STILL paying the price for using him back in 2017-2018. He did represent me under my ex's name and have change my name since then, former Mary Legleiter. Why would I lie about his? I am just trying to warn others. I have left messages and wont return my calls and im paying to much child soppurt.He charges you for calls he makes asking questions you already talk to in person. He doesn't fight for you the way he should, doesn't return your calls. Everything the judge asked him a question he say well that a question for my client. My ex got a lawyer then got rid of him because she new she beat gary. My ex even told me he talk to her about things. She said he represents me more then he does to you and your paying him.
