Black father's if you're seeking custody...keep scrolling... this gentlemen did refund my consultation fee but he also lied in the consultation. I was once in a inactive status at work and once I was in a active paid status he said that is not substantial change in circumstances..... If preconceived notions and lies on my character is all it takes imagine telling the truth....
