Complete disregard for littering. This truck was actively traveling I-84 W in Boise with debris flying off the truck - if we could post a video we would but will post photos. There is no way this driver didn’t know they were letting trash and debris fly off the truck. Based out of Twin Falls, ID - I would hope they weren’t crapping on our environment all the way from Twin to wherever they were headed.
