My experience with the office is they are extremely hard working. They have a very heavy case load and were very good to work with. I had a Protective Order against a family friend and they worked hard to protect us.

I was in an argument with my girlfriend being stupid I talked to the police and without me writing or singing they are refusing me to drop the the charges they placed and I even said I retract all statements made and the DA refused to withdraw anything this is a crooked group and system. This is a perfect example of why we can't trust the system anymore. If it was possible to give negative stars they definitely would be worthy of -10!! No compassion, liars, not helpful!!! I pray for them because I'm not sure how a person could sleep at night with lack of compassion!

The lady who answers named Crystal needs way more technical training, as well as basic human manners. I called as a last resort due to the website glitching, she continued to interrupt and insist she knew the issue though I was explaining a totally different issue than she was trying to “fix” when I tried to explain this to her, her voice changed and raised.
