Great city run nursing home that has been taking care of my elderly grandmother who sufferes from dementia. She has been at the home for a few years now and has adjusted well. The nursing staff are wonderful and most are very compassionate. My only qualm is with some of the staff working at front entrance desk. One of the white ladies with dark hair is exceptionally miserable. It has been a year now since my mom has been at Garry J Armstrong on the memory care floor (Allen House)and I am so grateful and thankful. In the beginning, it wasn't easy and I didn't expect it to be easy. There were ups and downs and most times I could be a little rough in my approach when it came to interacting with staff and yes, I have had apologize on many occasions.
