This place is NOT local to Lemont..... Or Illinois for that matter. They just tell you to download an app, pay $99, then farm it out to a contractor. They gave me a window of 10-1. No show. Calls me at 1:30 and says he'll be there in 2 hours. No show. Calls at 5:30. Asks if he can come. I say no. Says he'll come the next morning. No call all day. Granted they did refund the $99
