BE VERY CAREFUL! As a small business owner I know only too well what a bad review can do to ones business. I undertake this review knowing that the truth can sometimes hurt. Connie has disappointed me from the get go. We applied for an ITIN which was declined. This was the second time and the main reason I outsourced to a CAA. I was happy to pay $100 for these services.
