I went in today to look for a pair of new trail running shoes. It’s difficult for me to find shoes without special ordering them. Although Garrison Running Co normally carries my size, they were out. The staff were very friendly and helped work the problem, and even the other patrons were trying to help give other options. The perfect running shop nestled in the heart of the Fraser Valley. They have everything you could need and more! Road and trail shoes, hats, toques, gloves, buffs, jackets, shorts, tights, ts, safety gear, nutrition. You name it, they've got you covered. Also, they're huge supporters of local runs, races, run clubs, and events going on in the community. They run 5 and 10km running clinics! Check out the social media for those!
