I first contacted John Payne when I was given his name from the hospice team at Troy Beaumont. During our conversation, it occurred to John that the services I needed for my father were minimal, and so he passed on my information to a colleague of his that worked closer to the hospital. He still answered my questions and provided me with very helpful information. During a very difficult time, he was kind and honest.
When I was not able to take care of my father anymore, I didn't know what to do. I really needed help. Not only legal help but help you would receive from a friend. John Payne was there for me during the toughest time of my life. I had to put my dad in a nursing home and it was very rough. John knew how to deal with the nursing home and how to protect me and my family. He is truly amazing. He is someone you can trust and count on for sure. I hate to say it, but I really did not trust attorneys until I met him.
