They are always kind and patient as we shop and try to decide what we need. They don't try to pressure for a purchase.
They treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. They actually went a step further and sent us a personal thank you note! Quality furniture and quality prices, Lexington was $500 higher and Mt. Sterling was $300 higher for the same exact chair.
They are great to work with. Excellent quality pieces.
