Getting responses back after leaving a voicemail, email & text is like pulling teeth. I asked about something in October 2025...sent numerous emails, texts with either zero response or some sort of excuse as a response. I am dealing with an insurance check and I feel like I am being made out as some scammer. Nothing has been explained to me! All I want to do is finish the work on my home!
The Garrett branches are quick to provide services and answer questions. Never had any problems inside the branch or through the drive-through. When I need to call to ask questions, they are quick to transfer me to the correct person and there is no endless waiting for a customer service agent, etc. This is small town service that cares for its customer.
I love banking here whether it's Nola or Laura at the window. The other day when I was not in the best mood. I had the privilege to be waited on by Ally & Jakob who turned my day to a happy one. Thanks guys
