The Garrett branches are quick to provide services and answer questions. Never had any problems inside the branch or through the drive-through. When I need to call to ask questions, they are quick to transfer me to the correct person and there is no endless waiting for a customer service agent, etc. This is small town service that cares for its customer.
I love banking here whether it's Nola or Laura at the window. The other day when I was not in the best mood. I had the privilege to be waited on by Ally & Jakob who turned my day to a happy one. Thanks guys
Rude ,Poor communication and inappropriate male staff towards females . My wife goes through them and Brad has multiple times made her uncomfortable and from my understanding he has made other females uncomfortable as well . Definitely moving banks and wouldn’t recommend!
I came in here to get a few papers notarized. First, the bank was very nice on the inside. (Unfortunately I do not bank here so I couldn't tell you about that part. ) Then, customer service was very good. The ladies inside were quick to help us and very friendly and accommodating. The lady who notarized the papers for us was very professional and was not nosy about our documents but just that the information was correct. Best of all, they notarized all of our documents for us for free as they do not charge for these services... read more
