He's not even worth the one star. I'm super disappointed and cheated out of thousands of dollars. He refused to talk to me on the phone, so attention to my case only happened by email which then ended up costing me more and more money. Every email he reads or responds to is timed and billed for but with no result. He seems confused about details and even charged me hundreds of dollars to give me answers with paperwork I had already sent him to begin with.
