Cannot recommend this lawyer highly enough. I worked with Shannon Garrett in 2007 for a chapter 13. He was readily available for Saturday morning appts. and late afternoon appts. which I had to have for my job is not flexible. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Shannon spent a lot of time with me going over the process, explaining things to me and answering my many questions. I felt fully informed in making my decisions and about the process. Helped us a great deal We recently had to file bankruptcy, and Shannon and his staff were great. They helped us every step of the way. We only had to appear in court once, and it was only for like 10 minutes. He kept us up to speed on what was going on with our case, and any time I had questions they were always there to answer them. His fees are also very reasonable.
