My mother has been resident there since the 26 of May , and since then they keep changing the rules and the daily routine. There are days that she is told they ran out of food and that's the reason they didn't get her a meal. She has sat for hours in a soiled diaper waiting for help to get cleaned up and changed. I have personally rang the call bell for assistance and waited fifteen minutes for a response. With the amount of money these places are changing, you would think the service would be near excellent.
