Was initially helpful when picking up my car after a breakdown and getting me to a safe place, but when picking up my car to tow home from his yard he was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. When I called to say I was there, the door was locked and he answered “I’m here” and abruptly hung up and didn’t come out or anything to assist. When I came in to pay he said “too good to be true” when I said I needed to pay with card, as he never gave the total on the phone when scheduling the pickup time for me to bring cash.
