I have been Garry fish spa twice. Once on the second floor which was an overall decent experience had no problems. Second time was at the kiosk on the main level of kop mall. I was greeted by a guy named Timothy (who I thought worked there). He gave me two options and I chose the less expensive of the two when everything was said and done my bill was supposed to be 26 dollars including tip.
