I purchased some linens from here in November. The duvet cover we received had designs that we never intended to purchase. After multiple phone calls, emails and photos of the item which was never unpackaged from the original box. The retail customer service rep who continued to ask for photos and explanation denied a return request. Mr. Carmen stated that because the items were a sale item they had a no return policy. I didn’t buy but have been trying to visit this store for 2 years due to limited hours and my work schedule, even during the pandemic. Living in the neighborhood I passed by this place many times. Finally made it during a lunch hour. Went there and store was open but no one around. The items on display are high quality. What confused me is that in some places this store is listed as an outlet and other places it is listed as a boutique. This is more a boutique and I mistook this place for linen at a discount.
