When my mama moved into Avista there was a resident that came to our door and told us that she had lived in 4 other assisted living facilities and that this one was the best. I believe her. My mama is happier than she has been in years. The staff truly care about her. She raves about the meals. And tells about the friends she has made. I am so grateful for this facility. Its top notch!!

We can't say enough. The staff - from the Director, medical team, care givers, maintenance team, housekeeping, the chef and front office staff all became family during my mother in laws stay at Avista. They treated us all so well and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team!

The entire staff at Avista Garden City made us feel right at home during my mother's stay. From the caregivers, medication techs, housekeepers, activity director, kitchen chef, executive director, resident care coordinator to everyone else, we were treated with respect and care. Truly amazing staff, Gloria and Scott have made the transition for our mom a truly seamless process. Staff are very attentive and friendly making mom feel welcome from the start. The facility is clean and home like, mom is settling into her new apartment and is enjoying all her new friends.
