Kesha Garner prepared my taxes in 2023. Seemed very knowledgeable about tax laws. We paid her $400 for the service. The return was filed. We never received our refund. She continually had excuses. One year had passed and we hired someone else to investigate. Conclusion,,, IRS determined that we were scammed by this individual. Garner Tax Service is a complete fraud.
