I have been seeing Dr. Garner for hip pain from a hip replacement that had not gone that well. She has really helped reduce my discomfort with exercises and dry needling. I would highly recommend her for anyone who needs help in that area.
I've been working with Dr. Garner for about a year now, specifically for hyper mobility, and it's made a real difference. What sets this practice apart is how personalized it is. My program gets adjusted as things change and as new needs come up. It genuinely feels like having a specialist in my corner who understands my less common issues that other providers don't have the time or expertise to dig into. Highly recommend if you're looking for health care that actually treats you as an individual.

We’ve just gotten started but the first appointment was already 10/10, and I felt so heard and seen. Dr. Garner is an excellent listener and communicator, with expertise in hypermobility, endometriosis and so much more. I’m glad to be in her care and feel sure it’s going to help me get back to safe movement!
