Well I hate to put super bad reviews out but I will if I have to. Sorry for the long review ahead of time. We came to this law firm in 2022. There has been only 1 communication from this law firm from them on their own. I have been the one communicating with them. When we got the denial they never called about the appeal, I had to call them. I feel they have completely dropped the ball on my sons case. I've been using this law firm goin on 7 yes and have yet to get anything accomplished with using this law firm, they do not take calls when you need them.You'll never speak to a lawyer ever. They really suck they cnt keep a secretary. That changed on every other day. So you never know who you're talking to me. Personally, I only like to speak to 1 person and 1 person only so that makes it hard for me because they're changing people every other day.
Highly recommended, they helped prepare me and won my case. Great customer service throughout the whole process.
Ladelle dropped the ball big time on my daughter Mariyah case. No communication, no callbacks , no emails, the case ended in June , its August we didn't even know we found out from the secretary .She failed to keep us informed paperwork wasn't sent in on time . If "IM JUST HERE FOR A PAYCHECK WAS A PERSON " Ladelle is it Mr. Arnic is the man , sir open your own practice you would do so much better.
