I am the volunteer CFO of a not for profit private school. We had been with another CPA who has made a mistake, and as a result, we received a $13,000 fine from the IRS. That CPA was not able to correct the problem so we switched to Krishan Garg. Krishan took the time to think through the problem and we just received a letter from the IRS stating that the fine and penalties have been removed.
