Poor POOR communication by Jordan Potaski. He has been trying to evict a PAYING tenant because the LANDLORD didn't pay his mortgage, I HAVE A LEASE UNTIL 2025!. He told me to pay rent to Sam at CMI, and for the past 3 months I have been. I find out today that I am being evicted because there is no record of my rent being recieved and the man he told me to pay is no longer working with the company. Extremely poor service on Jordan Potasky's part. We are tenants of a property in process of being repossessed by the mortgage company due to our landlord not making his mortgage payments. We have always paid rent on time and continued to do so and to the personal account we were advised by Jordan himself. We had been reassured many a times we were good until our lease was up and not to worry.
