I went to Gareth with a chronic knee issue and was out of pain after just one session. I've been going regularly ever since; I'd never realised how much soft tissue work would help in my training and how much better I'd feel. Gareth is really knowledgeable and genuinely cares; he's brilliant at what he does (luckily his massage skills are much better than his jokes!) I'm really grateful for all his help and can't recommend him highly enough.
Very experienced sports massage therapist. Always able to give helpful sports injury advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.
